As a Server, you play a key role in delivering this experience—staying connected to your team on shift, elevating service beyond the standard, and ensuring every fan (guest) interaction reflects our commitment to our pillars of service.

Responsibilities:

Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions

Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality to all guests from arrival through departure

Engage fans (guests) with a positive, friendly, and professional approach in every interaction

Anticipate needs and create memorable experiences through personalized service

Demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and seasonal offerings

Ensure each fan (guest) feels welcomed, cared for, and connected throughout their visit

Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting fellow team members

Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to ensure smooth service

Follow directions from supervisors with a positive and optimistic attitude

Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture

Prepare assigned section to be fully set and ready at scheduled time

Accurately and efficiently enter all food and beverage orders into the POS with minimal errors

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and events

Assist with stocking and rotating products, including coolers and service areas

Minimize breakage and maintain proper care of equipment and service ware

Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards outlined in training materials and the employee handbook

Adhere to all accounting procedures (POS transactions, credit cards, gift cards, discounts, and team member meals)

Comply with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service policies

Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company and state guidelines

Attend and participate in all required food, beverage, and service trainings

Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and prepared for each shift with a service-oriented mindset

Maintain a polished, professional appearance

Demonstrate strong time management, communication, and organizational skills

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform well under pressure

Consistently demonstrate a positive, professional, and optimistic attitude

Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, while adhering to all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbook

Experience:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous serving experience required, preferably in a fast-paced full-service establishment.
Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
Alcohol Service Training (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local and state laws.
Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift to 10 pounds.
Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Will seldom be sitting, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
