Job Summary Join our team at Morada Bay Beach Cafe, a picturesque Mediterranean bistro set on the sandy shores of Islamorada. As a Server, your role is integral to providing an unforgettable dining experience that mirrors the laid-back and scenic beauty of the Florida Keys.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service.
• Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests and promptly checking for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience, adhering to the café's high standards.
• Perform essential duties including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in line with health standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, specials, and the café's unique offerings to make informed recommendations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times and participate actively in team briefings.

Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of food/beverage; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
