1. Define Storage System Arch requirements with Core Team

2. Responsible for HBA and SAS Expander related Storage F/W Spec, Development and Validation

3. Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for storage subsystem firmware

4. Develop and Execute test plans; identifies, logs, and debugs issues

5. Develops partnership with internal and outsourced development partners on firmware design and development

1.experience in C/C++ programming, TCL/Python Scripting would be a Plus
2.Familiar with i2c/SMBus, IPMI 2.0, SGPIO, PCIe Protocol

Experience in developing or maintaining LSI or PMC-Sierra HBA and Expander firmware including SES

Experience with storage based protocols SATA/SAS protocol and RAID technology

At least 5 years of relevant System design/firmware development, test experience working with Storage Products
