- Problem identification and solution-finding
- Technologies: Azure, M365, VMware vSphere, MS Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, Citrix, F5, F5, FortiADC, Microsoft, Linux, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, Veeam, Backup Exec, N-Central, SCOM, PRTG, WhatsUp, SolarWinds, Nagios, Quest.
