Server Support - Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server room operations, ensuring equipment is organized, secure, and operating effectively.
• Perform installation, relocation, configuration, and decommissioning of servers, network devices, and related infrastructure.
• Support server and network administration activities, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Implement network configuration changes and assist in maintaining network connectivity and performance.
• Provide server-side support and perform other IT infrastructure duties as required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, with solid knowledge of server and network environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows-based applications.
• CCNA certification is mandatory; additional networking or server certifications will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive customer service attitude, and the ability to work independently.
