About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Accurately document repair orders and define work scope
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service options
Manage bookings and liaise with technicians and service department
Prepare quotes, process payments, and handle warranty claims
Identifying opportunities to offer additional services and value-added solutions.
Managing customer expectations and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in automotive, transport or a service-based environment is preferred, but not essential
Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
Confidence managing customer expectations and coordinating multiple jobs
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives on finding solutions
A calm, practical approach in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work independently and contribute positively to the team
