With a strong Mazda sales operation and programs that help bring customers back for ongoing maintenance and service, this is an opportunity for an experienced writer to build relationships, create repeat business, and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

• Own the customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair needs
• Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Build long-term relationships that create repeat service business
• Consistently work toward customer satisfaction and service sales objectives

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
• Mazda or manufacturer dealership experience strongly preferred
• CDK experience is a plus!
• Proven ability to advise customers on maintenance and repair needs
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy dealership service environment
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Confidence presenting recommended services and helping customers make informed decisions
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
