Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer L1 to provide first-level IT support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle service requests and incident tickets.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and account-related queries.
• Provide basic support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of user queries and service requests.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools is an added advantage.
