Service Engineer (Endoscopy, mammograms, radiography) Up to $5,000 @Labrador Park

• Provide technical, after sales support to customers (commissioning, installing & testing).
• Identifying and correcting problems associated with start-up.
• Researching, evaluating, and recommend upgrades and service contracts to meet customer needs.
• Developing relationships with customers to secure future business.
• Resolve implementation problems /train customers on features of the equipment.
• Handle phone enquiry and support for customers during office and after office hours.
• Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for medical equipment.
• Support sales in organizing/workshops, events/ surgery procedure/seminar/exhibition.
• Reports to Service Dept in Japan for more complex troubleshooting & study Engineering Change Notice.
• ITE/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical. Able to standby after office hours for breakdown
• Knowledge in X-ray, Digital Radiography, Dry Laser Printers, Digital Mammography and DICOM
