Service Engineer - Field service

Role Objective/ Goal Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the field service operations related to crusher equipment. Leading a team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

 Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.

 Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

 Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of crusher equipment on-site.

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

 Manage field service schedules, dispatching technicians as needed.

 Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

 Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings.
