Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and applications
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance applications and equipment based on client needs.
- Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of new equipment and applications.
- Act as a liaison between clients and partners, ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Generate regular reports on equipment performance, spare parts
usage, and customer feedback for management review. - Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stocks on hand, facilitating smooth operations.
- Facilitate effective communication with customers.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor tools and equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Excellent problem-solving ability to address technical challenges.
- Strong focus in providing customer-oriented service.
