Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of precision cooling / HVAC systems at customer sites.
Carry out regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure reliable system performance.
Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, control, or network‑related components.
Complete system tests, verification checks, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Prepare clear service and commissioning reports, including test results and improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution and system integration.
Provide basic on‑site training to clients or colleagues on system operation and upkeep.
Manage documentation, spare‑parts requests, and timely submission of work reports.
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working condition.
Promote additional services or parts when relevant and contribute feedback for process improvements.
Uphold strict workplace safety standards at all job sites.

NITEC / NTC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Hands‑on experience in HVAC servicing, maintenance, or troubleshooting, preferably with customer interaction.
Knowledge of air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical systems, and controls.
Able to read technical diagrams and schematics.
Strong problem‑solving ability with good communication and teamwork skills.
Self‑motivated, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Possesses a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel for site work.
