Service Engineer

Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to customers for the use of Industrial UPS, DC Systems and Industrial Battery.
Coordinate with end-users for on- site Installation, commission, repair and maintenance.
Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure on-site work are carried out in safe manner, adhering to safety measures.
Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC Systems.
Follow up on maintenance contract and ensure work is carried out timely and on schedule.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
2-3 Years of relevant experience in UPS/DC power industry.
Proficient in PC skills and programming is an advantage.
A team player with strong sense of responsibility.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
