Job Description of Service now Architect for Sydney :
Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
· Expertise in customizing service now tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
· Strong experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools and CRM apps
· Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
· Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
· Good background knowledge of hosting services (both cloud and on-perm)
· Clear concepts of compute workloads in physical, virtual and cloud environment
· Some knowledge of Unix based Operating System and monitoring tools.
· Good background knowledge of data networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching and interconnects). Also, TCP/IP model and network layer.
