Service Parts Analyst
Summary
Manages automotive service parts data to support vehicle launches, ensuring parts are correctly configured and released on schedule using systems like TeamCenter and SBOM.
SUMMARY
Service Part Analysts (SPA) are responsible for creating, maintaining and releasing of service parts to support vehicle launch timing. SPA’s are also responsible for assisting in resolution of issues as they relate to service parts throughout the MOPAR organization. They will complete their tasks according to a previously aligned schedule, to ensure Stellantis overall vehicle launch timing. All work performed by the MSXI SPAs must conform to all applicable Stellantis and industry standards communicated by Stellantis during the launch of the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and release of service parts to support vehicle launch timing
Utilize necessary service and production systems to ensure all parts are accounted for and setup correctly (TeamCenter, SBOM, EBOM etc.)
Provide conditional support Interface with 3rd party help desk as a level 3 escalation support for Service Parts Updates (SPU)
Work with corresponding Compiler to ensure parts are named and standardized correctly
Respond to feedback within 48 hours and resolve issues according to customer-defined metrics
Required:
High School Diploma
3-5 years’ automotive technical experience
Computer proficient-PC literacy with Windows, Google, Microsoft Office Suite
Problem solving skills
Background check required to confirm no criminal records as defined by US standards
Preferred:
1-3 years minimum service part experience
Familiarity with:
Bill of Materials
Common service part practices and methodologies
Automotive Technical Training or Technical Associates Degree
Experience working in a team environment
Good analytical, organization and communication skills
