Service Project Engineer (BMS / M&E – Training Provided)
Summary
Service Project Engineer plans and executes preventive maintenance for building systems, coordinates contractors, and troubleshoots technical issues at customer sites in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenanceactivities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manpower formaintenance and servicing works.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor workprogress at customer sites.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers andfacility-management teams.
- Support routine system checks, troubleshooting and system improvement works.
- Assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain servicing records.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.
- Attend site meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, BuildingServices Engineering or a related discipline.
- Candidates without relevant working experienceare welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Strong communication, coordination andnegotiation skills.
- Proactive, responsible and able to workindependently.
- Comfortable working at active construction and maintenance sites, which may be dusty.
- Basic knowledge of BMS, PLC or HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.
