Job Summary: Lead all efforts in quoting, creating, and managing estimates through the entire Service business process; take principal role in developing, coordinating, and supporting Service Department sales activities, systems, and related functions

Essential Duties:

• Deliver results for all departmental estimate creation, accuracy, sale, and follow through.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with both internal and external customers.
• Actively sell UKTS Service through customer visits.
• Act as Internal Consultant to the Service Shop.
• Ensure a healthy shop backlog (7-14 days).
• Maintain an average of 70% Gross Profit on all approved quotes.
• Utilize SDL and QDL as needed to manage workflow of service quotes and RO’s.
• Back up for Service Shop Foreman.
• Back up for Service Administrator.

• Requires the ability to operate a cell phone and personal computer

Education and Experience:

• Education - High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years industry related experience/training preferred

Physical Environments:

• Noise levels are moderate to high at times.
• The physical exertion is moderate. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 35 pounds.
• The employee must be capable of walking shop floor and yard with team members to see trailer throughput issues and to identify trailer schedule issues.
