Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Denver team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

About the Role

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What You’ll Get

  • $24/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
  • Anticipated 1st year earnings: $65,000-$70,000
  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • On-call rotation: Once per weekday each month, and one weekend every six weeks.
  • Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
  • Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $75,000–$80,000.
