Service Supervisor

About the role

At ONET Iberia we operate nationwide and offer innovative solutions in the business services sector such as: cleaning, maintenance, waste management and the provision of auxiliary services.

What you'll do

- Analyze the unit's economic data, detect deviations, and propose action plans for their correction. Likewise, boost the positive results achieved.

- Periodically report economic results to the MSW Management.

- Monitor current portfolio clients, and attend to their needs and incidents.

- Verify client invoicing and collection.

- Control and monitor the fleet's ITV (technical inspections).

- Manage and review tachographs and their documentation.

- Manage the processing of special driving and transport permits.

- Monitor ECO systems and efficient driving measures.

- Control and analyze the fleet's diesel consumption.

- Monitor the evolution of consumption, costs, and operating expenses.

- Analyze indicators for the optimization of costs and resources.

- Coordinate drivers, workshops, and service providers.

- Ensure compliance with and application of legal regulations regarding OSH (Occupational Safety and Health).

What we're looking for

• Intermediate Degree.
• Similar experience of at least 5 years.
• Knowledge of Transport Legislation and ADR.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and APP.
