Service Supervisor

Unitex is currently seeking a Service (Transportation) Supervisor to oversee a team of CDL drivers in our plant located in 10B Van Dyke Avenue New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 with up to 5% bonus at the end of the year if all goals are met. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 5:30am - close

Responsibilities:

• Recruits and trains all drivers

• Interacts with our full-service leasing company to ensure proper maintenance of all vehicles
• Supervises payroll, truck leasing and fuel budgets
• Supervises work performance and results of all drivers
