SERVICE SUPPORT ANALYST - AIRLINE OPERATIONS PLATFORMS
Luton | Full-time | Hybrid
20% bonus • 5% pension • Staff travel benefits
We support hybrid working, and you’ll spend 60% of your time each month in the office.
You're someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and keeping business-critical systems running smoothly.
You stay calm when priorities change, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues and take pride in delivering great service. If you enjoy working at the heart of a complex operation where your work directly supports flights, crew and operational teams across Europe, this could be the role for you.
The opportunity
As a Service Support Analyst within Airline Operations Platforms, you'll support the systems that help easyJet plan, manage and deliver its flying programme. Working closely with operational teams, technology colleagues and third-party suppliers, you'll help ensure these critical platforms remain available, reliable and effective.
You'll play an important role in supporting incident resolution, system administration, configuration management and change delivery. You'll also contribute to operational resilience by participating in an out-of-hours support rota for high-priority incidents.
“The best person for this role will combine strong service delivery skills with genuine curiosity and a passion for helping others. You'll work at the centre of our operation, supporting systems that are critical to our airline every day”
The team & culture
The Airline Operations Platforms team supports a range of systems used by key operational departments across easyJet. The team works closely with business stakeholders, service management teams, technology specialists and external suppliers to ensure operational systems continue to meet the needs of a growing airline.
It's a collaborative environment where teamwork, ownership and continuous improvement are highly valued. You'll be encouraged to challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and build strong relationships across both business and technology teams.
What you’ll be doing
You'll provide day-to-day support and administration for Airline Operations systems, ensuring incidents, service requests and change activities are managed effectively and in line with agreed service levels.
You'll work closely with the Service Desk and support teams to coordinate issue resolution, engage third-party providers where required and keep business stakeholders informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
You'll support operational users by providing guidance on system functionality, managing configuration changes and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll also assist with account administration, system releases, upgrades and project activity.
In addition, you'll help identify recurring issues, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to effective communication around planned changes, outages and operational disruption.
