Service Team Member - Part-time

Do you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team? We're looking for dependable and friendly Restaurant Team Members to help support daily operations and create a great experience for our guests.

This is a hands-on, team-focused role with a variety of responsibilities. Depending on your experience and the needs of the restaurant, you may help with food preparation, customer service, stocking, cleaning, and other daily tasks.

Previous restaurant or food service experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to guests
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
• Assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
• Stock food, supplies, and service areas throughout the day
• Support dining room, service, and kitchen operations as needed
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Communicate and work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen team members
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to quality and detail
• Adapt to changing needs and help in different areas of the restaurant
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
• Uphold Stoltzfus Meats standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality

• Food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience is helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position that includes:

• Standing and moving for extended periods
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
• Working in busy kitchen and restaurant environments
• Performing repetitive food preparation, stocking, and cleaning tasks
