• Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 Flat Rate
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm.

What You'll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

• Audi or Volkswagen required
• 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience required
• ASE and manufacturer certification, is helpful
• A team player who is focused on providing high-class customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $25.00 - $60.00.

This is a Flat Rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
