Now Hiring Service Technician

• Pay: $36.84 to $45.00 per flat-rate hour.
• Production Bonuses Available: Technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings through production-based bonus programs.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday- One Saturday shift every 3 weeks.

What You'll Do

• Perform repairs and maintenance while following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the cause of mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
• Complete all work in compliance with safety requirements and dealership procedures.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality expertise.
• Document repairs, diagnostics, and test results on repair orders.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience with European, luxury, or highline brands.
• Diagnostic, electrical with the ability to identify and repair vehicle concerns.
• Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair information systems.
• ASE certifications and Audi or Volkswagen experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The range for this position is $36.84 to $45.00 per flat rate hour. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based off Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
