Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs needed, and maintenance plans.
Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
Assist in mentoring junior technicians and apprentices when needed.
