Role Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will support the successful completion of residential and commercial roofing, siding, and exterior service projects. Working closely with the Field Service Foreman, you will perform repairs, maintain jobsite organization, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the company’s quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roofing and siding repairs and small replacement projects on residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout project execution.
- Complete thorough cleanup activities at the end of each workday.
- Distribute neighborhood notifications before project commencement.
- Assist in documenting projects with before, during, and after photographs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal operations teams.
- Maintain a properly stocked vehicle with necessary tools and materials.
- Support the Field Service Foreman in completing service and repair work efficiently.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of construction experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to safely climb ladders, roofs, and scaffolding.
- Availability Monday through Saturday.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
