What you’ll do

Follow repair orders precisely, diagnosing and repairing drivability, electrical, brake, and other systems

Road-test and verify repairs using factory diagnostic tools

Communicate findings and timing estimates to the Service Advisor—no surprises for the customer

Complete warranty work to Ford standards and document everything cleanly
