We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including MID Server configurations and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance IT service delivery. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of the ServiceNow environment. - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve the platform's capabilities. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM principles and practices. - Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and configuration. - Experience with MID Server setup and management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
