Job Summary: Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in
ServiceNow App Engine to design, develop, and maintain enterprise
applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using ServiceNow App
Engine Studio.
- Build and maintain scoped applications, custom tables, forms, and
modules.
- Develop workflows and process automations using Flow Designer and
IntegrationHub.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies,
Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog
Workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and
SOAP APIs.
- Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, and automated business
processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance
optimization.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance
standards.
- Support application upgrades, enhancements, and production
deployments.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience developing custom applications and scoped applications.
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script
Includes, and ACLs.
- Experience with Service Catalog and Record Producers.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Shift Timing - 5.30 AM- 2.30 PM OR 2.00 PM – 11 PM
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or Service Portal.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
