A senior ServiceNow Architect (UK) who designs and delivers end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps and GRC. Day to day involves hands-on ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB architecture and REST/SOAP/MID Server integrations in Agile, regulated environments.
Job Description:
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity. Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM). Deep expertise in: o ServiceNow scripting (Client C Server-side) o Flow Designer o Integration Hub o Service Portal / Employee Centre o ATF o CMDB architecture Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end implementations (design through deployment). Strong understanding of security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation). Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments. Desirable ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA. Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC). Experience in financial services or regulated industries. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms. Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
