Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Define platform architecture, data model, and integration patterns to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and functional teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
- Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and upgrade planning.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features, plugins, and capabilities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and multiple module implementations.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
- Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO, LDAP).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ITOM/HRSD)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
