ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that our ServiceNow platform is optimized for performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications. - Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD. - Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams and technical specifications. - Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and practices. - Conduct regular reviews of the ServiceNow platform to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously enhance our service offerings. Required Skills: - Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD modules. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience in managing RFP and RFI processes related to ServiceNow implementations. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
