Job title: ServiceNow Architect Purpose of the Role The ServiceNow Architect position is a senior role within the organization, responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions. This role plays a critical part in enhancing our service delivery functions across various domains, including human resources, procurement, finance, and vendor management. Scope of Work - Design and architect scalable ServiceNow applications tailored to meet organizational requirements in HR, procurement, finance, and vendor management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow modules. - Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other digital applications to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while developing ServiceNow solutions to mitigate risks associated with service delivery. - Provide guidance on best practices for Software Asset Management (SAM) within the ServiceNow platform. - Mentor and support junior team members in understanding and leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Candidate Requirements - Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments. - Strong knowledge of HR, procurement, finance functions as they relate to ServiceNow applications. - Familiarity with vendor management processes and practices. - Expertise in software asset management (SAM) principles and frameworks within ServiceNow. - Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
