Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications. - Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
