Role Summary
Lead ServiceNow architecture and technical delivery across client engagements, ensuring scalable, secure, upgrade-safe solutions. Provide hands-on technical leadership, client engagement, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, integrations, security, and instance strategy.
- Define coding standards, review solutions, resolve escalations, and mentor delivery teams.
- Lead client workshops and support pre-sales, solution estimation, and proposals.
- Drive platform governance, performance optimization, upgrade readiness, and technical debt reduction.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Architect: 15+ years in IT, including 7+ years in ServiceNow.
- Senior Architect: 20+ years in IT, including 10+ years in ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering at least four full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, integrations, CMDB, and platform upgrades.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, SSO, distributed teams, and client-facing architecture leadership.
- Senior Architect candidates should have experience in large-scale programs, platform roadmaps, and practice development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare and Life Sciences domain experience, including PHI and HIPAA compliance.
- Expertise in ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, or CSDM.
- Exposure to Now Assist, AI capabilities, Agile, and SAFe delivery.
Certifications
- Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Preferred: CAD, relevant CIS certifications, and CTA/CMA for Senior Architect.
