• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with evidence in CV of enterprise solution architecture
• Proven expertise in SPM (Service Portfolio Management), App Engine, ITSM, CMDB and Integration
• Advanced experience in IT process modeling and design of scalable architectures
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, including customizations, workflows and complex integrations
• Official ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certification or equivalent
• Experience in implementing REST, SOAP integrations and APIs in ServiceNow
• Practical experience in security, compliance and ITIL best practices
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agile methodology projects
• Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring
ServiceNow Senior Developer
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with evidence in CV of advanced development
• Proven expertise in SPM, App Engine, ITSM, CMDB and Integration
• Practical experience in JavaScript, GlideAPI and ServiceNow scripting, with evidence in CV of complex customizations
• Experience in developing REST and SOAP integrations with external systems
• Proven experience in App Engine for development of customized applications
• Official ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent
• Experience in component transport, updates and code versioning
• Practical experience in CMDB, creation of CI (Configuration Items) and relationships
• Minimum 1 year of experience in agile methodology projects
ServiceNow Developer
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with module creation and customization
• Practical knowledge in ITSM, App Engine and system integration
• Experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting for feature development
• Practical experience in CMDB modeling and CI relationships configuration
• Experience with workflows, business rules and automations in ServiceNow
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with external systems
• ServiceNow certification or proven equivalent training (ex: Udemy, platform courses)
• Experience in multi-instance environments and transport between environments
• Minimum 1 year of experience in agile methodology projects
