ServiceNow Delivery Architect

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Delivery Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). As a Delivery Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM). - Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery. Required Skills: - Proven experience with ServiceNow platform and its various modules. - Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. - Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. - Familiarity with REST APIs and application development is a plus.
