ServiceNow SPM Architect / Lead Architect
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the
design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform. The ideal candidate will
combine deep ServiceNow SPM expertise with strong architecture, Agile
delivery, DevOps practices, and people leadership skills.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, operations
teams, and development squads to deliver scalable solutions that help
drive strategic planning, portfolio governance, resource management, and
project execution.
Required Skills
Must Have
- ServiceNow SPM Architecture & Development - 5+ years
- ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - Mandatory

- ServiceNow CTA/CMA certifications (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the GCC ServiceNow development squad.
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Provide architecture guidance for Demand, Portfolio, Project,
Program, and Resource Management processes.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend OOTB versus custom
solutions.
- Coach and mentor developers on ServiceNow best practices.
- Drive Agile delivery excellence across teams.
- Improve DevOps and CI/CD processes for ServiceNow development.
- Participate in development stories when required.
- Design and implement automated testing solutions.
- Collaborate directly with business and operations teams.
- Ensure platform scalability, governance, and adherence to
architectural standards.
- Support strategic roadmap planning and portfolio governance
initiatives.
