We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance our IT service management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Implement and maintain CMDB, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Work on ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline operations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve our implementations.
