ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that they meet the needs of our organization and our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and SAM. - Utilize JavaScript and REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. - Manage and maintain the CMDB to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implement digital workflows and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct platform analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. - Provide vendor management and procurement support as needed. - Participate in solution architecture discussions to align technical solutions with business objectives. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM principles. - Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with HRSD, SAM, and App Engine. - Experience in vendor management and procurement processes. - Understanding of finance-related workflows and processes. - Expertise in Flow Designer and platform analytics. - Ability to design and implement digital workflows and solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
