ServiceNow Developer - CSM / TSM Sydney | 6-Month Contract | $900-$1,100 per day

We’re working with a major Australian organisation looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join an upcoming program of work, with a particular focus on CSM and TSM.

This is a hands-on development role for someone who knows the ServiceNow platform well and can quickly get across an established environment, understand the business requirement and turn it into clean, practical platform solutions.

You’ll be working closely with the wider ServiceNow team and business stakeholders to develop, configure and enhance functionality across the platform.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Solid experience working with CSM
  • Exposure to or experience with TSM
  • Ability to configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows, integrations and platform functionality
  • Comfortable working within an existing enterprise ServiceNow environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
The opportunity:
This is an initial 6-month contract based in Sydney, offering approximately $900–$1,100 per day, depending on experience.
