ServiceNow Test Analyst - 4 month contract

Salary: $800-$1000 per day + SA

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering ServiceNow application enhancements in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in testing App Engine solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring quality outcomes across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts
• Perform functional, integration and user acceptance testing across ServiceNow applications
• Identify, document and track defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with Business SMEs, developers and project stakeholders to validate requirements

About You

• Strong experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst or ServiceNow Tester
• Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine development
• Experience with UI Builder and ServiceNow platform functionality
• Understanding of the Glide API and JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment
• Desirable knowledge includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GlideAjax, ServiceNow SPM Agile 2.0, Service Portal, Playbooks and Workspaces.
