Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practices
• Gather and understand requirements from clients
• Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes
• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite Implementations
• Install and Configure ServiceNow infrastructure environment
• Assist in designing, developing, and product demonstration of product
• Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators
• Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related technical field
• 4+ years hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow products
• 4+ experience developing with ServiceNow software suite
• Experience in upgrades to ServiceNow
• ITIL 3V Foundation Certified
• Knowledge and experience with web development ( HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTP)
• Knowledge of major task, deliverables, formal methodologies, and disciplines for delivering new enhances applications
• Experience with IT Service Management, service desk, asset management, incident management, and change management via ServiceNow is preferred
• Experience setting up ServiceNow Catalogs
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
