Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on HRSD functionalities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Utilize REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. - Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
