Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow applications. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS to enhance functionality and user experience. - Implement ITSM and ITOM processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring best practices are followed. - Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate data representation. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve our implementations.
