Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow applications. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, and other relevant technologies. - Implement ITSM processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational needs. - Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Work on ITOM solutions to optimize IT operations and improve service availability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Provide support and training to end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow functionalities.
