The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience with ServiceNow platforms. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our IT service management processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet business needs and align with best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools. - Implement ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve our ITSM processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization. - Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices. - Experience with Gen AI technologies is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
