ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in product modification, customization, enhancement, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and applications.
• Modify workflows, forms, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Perform JavaScript/Glide API development and troubleshooting.
• Support product enhancements, upgrades, defect fixes, testing, and deployments.
• Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and customization experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps is advantageous.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.
