Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, MID Server integrations, and CMDB management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting ITOM solutions while ensuring high-quality CMDB data and discovery accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors.
• Create and enhance Service Mapping scripts and configurations.
• Build and optimize Event Management correlation rules.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MID Server integrations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams to validate discovery and CMDB accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve CMDB data quality issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and best practices for ongoing platform support.
