Position Overview

The ServiceNow Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience performsbasic administration as well as advanced platform development under guidance. Thedeveloper will work closely with Senior Architect and Senior Service Developer tobuild next-generation workflows using Now Assist and Flow Designer.ServiceNow developer is expected to be passionate about AI, automation, andbuilding clean, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Development: Build and maintain end-to-end automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to streamline ITSM and CSM processes.
  • Now Assist Adoption: Support the rollout of GenAI features, including Virtual Agent enhancements and automated case summarization, ensuring high accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • UI/UX Enhancement: Develop and configure intuitive interfaces in Configurable Workspaces and the Service Portal.
  • CMDB Maintenance: Assist in the health and governance of the CMDB, ensuring CI data is accurate and aligned with our Service Mapping goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in sprint planning and contribute to the "sharp decommissioning" of legacy systems by migrating processes into ServiceNow.

Required Technical Skills

  • Core Foundation: 1–3 years of ServiceNow experience with a strong grasp of the data model and security (ACLs).
  • Scripting: Proficient in JavaScript and Web Technologies (HTML/CSS). Familiarity with the ServiceNow Glide API.
  • Automation: Hands-on experience with Flow Designer is essential; experience with IntegrationHub is a significant plus.
  • Certifications:
  • Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Highly Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Micro-certifications in Now Assist or Flow Design.
